The international company ATC International (Great Britain) is engaged in professional training in the field of finance and accounting. The main specialization of the company are the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Project of automation of the main business process of the Company (sales, rendering services in training and certification).
Situation
The information system based on Microsoft Access did not provide business growth: High unproductive costs of time of employees at the expense of the poor performance of a system, users expected several minutes a system response. The low performance of work of employees – a large number of standard documents forms manually, high costs of time for formation of the management reporting. The high labor input of making changes in an information system limits business development of the Company.
Choosing a Solution
When choosing the solution the task to find the flexible, modern solution which should provide both current demands of business, and intensive growth of business was set.
Solution
Based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM the solution providing accomplishment of the following tasks was developed
Sales management
- Uniform access point to all data on clients and partners of the Company. The employee gets access to all information on the organization or the individual in one place, considerably accelerating the work.
- Data management on potential clients. The sales manager stores all information on potential clients in uniform base and has an opportunity to trace all history of interactions with potential clients.
- Management of contractual relations. A system stores all necessary information on agreements with clients and provides control of relevance of agreements.
- Exposure and control of payment of accounts. The employee creates the account, acts, invoices and controls payment in a uniform point.
- Order management on training materials. The employee manages customer orders on training materials and orders in polygraphy for printing of training materials. A system provides control of existence of training materials in a warehouse.
Management of training events
- Teachers. The centralized storage of contact information, history of the held events, information on preferences.
- Training rooms. The reference book of training rooms allows to find easily the necessary premises by parameters of the price, capacity, service.
- Planning of training events. Means of a system allow to plan quickly any action on the basis of data on the training program, discipline and type of an action.
- Management of registration of listeners. Advanced means of both individual, and mass registration of listeners for training events.
- Process control of job evaluation of listeners. Management tools process of job evaluation of listeners and the notification of listeners about results of the performed works, certification.
- Quality evaluation of the conducted courses. Means of input of estimates of listeners on quality of the held events and the means of the analysis of figures of merit allowing to plan work on quality improvement of services.
- Bulk mailings to students of the company of information materials. Advanced means of mailing of e-mail on a training event with automatic formation of investments in the formats PDF, Excel.
Formation of the management reporting
- Financial statements on activity of the Company. An opportunity to obtain the complete information on financial activities of the Company for the minimum time.
- Operational activity reporting of the Company. The set of reports on the held and future events allow to obtain data on activity from the different points of view.
- The reporting for clients based on training events. Clients of the Company I receive the reporting in that format and in that type which is necessary to them.
Formation of documents
- Automatic formation of finance documents (accounts, credit-notes, acts, invoices).
- Automatic formation of standard documents for carrying out a rate (lists, forms, the admission, the instruction, etc.). Practically all sample documents form a system, the staff of the Company spends a minimum of time for preparation of an action.
