"A palace row – MS" prepares for transition to paperless technology of exchange of documents

In April, 2013 the project of Ekodok company on connection of suppliers of network to EDI in retail chain stores "Palace row" by means of implementation of software "Kontur-EDI" is begun, the press service of the company reported on May 6, 2013.

Prestanding and expectations

The stage of implementation was preceded by solution integration of "Kontur-EDI" with the accounting system of RUN Retail 2010 network of development of Run-Retail company. Within integration the complete functionality of work with electronic document management is developed and in the near future "A palace row" will finally get rid of paper.

In plans of the customer - to transfer all shops to an operation mode according to the EDI system, it will allow to reduce considerably time of processing of primary documentation, to reduce quantity of losses of information and resources by its recovery. The functionality of the Kontur-EDI system allows to control the level of service of the supplier and by that to discipline it, applying penalties in case of service quality degradation. And implementation of the Kontur-EDI complex with the Avtozakaz system will yield notable economic result due to efficiency of work with orders and will lower costs for labor costs in shop.
