Automation of a bread-baking complex Absolute was carried out by the company "by 1C: The first BIT" by means of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Bakery and confectionery production", the press service of integrator reported on May 14, 2013.

Implementation

Specialists of the contractor installed and configured a system at 12 workstations of the customer, finished structure of primary documentation on a design of movement and shipment of finished goods.

A system is integrated into the mechanisms of sales of goods existing at plant on the Internet. User training is provided. Subsystems of accounting, tax and personnel records, payroll, modules are put into operation CRM and SRM. Transfer of all credentials of the enterprise is organized from the moment of its opening in 2012.

Result

The guide of the customer had ample opportunities of the analysis, planning and flexible management by resources of plant.

Load of accounting, departments of finance and personnel was reduced. Control of purchases is simplified, all resources, necessary for production, are delivered in time and in necessary volumes now. Orders of buyers are processed more quickly, the quality of work with clients improved.
