Content

On November 24, 2015 the Softline company announced project completion on migration of IT infrastructure of Accountor company in data center in the territory of the Russian Federation[1].

Project circuits

Accountor renders services in the field of financial and personnel administration.

In structure of the company more than 100 offices work in seven countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine and a partner network in the territory of the CIS. In Russia Accountor operates on the market of consulting services more than twenty years. In the Moscow and St. Petersburg representative offices about 200 specialists work.

Since September, 2015 the Russian legislation on personal data orders to store and process any personal information about citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation. With respect thereto the task to carry out migration of a part of IT infrastructure to domestic data center was set for IT specialists of the Russian representative office of Accountor.

Project Progress

As the partner selected Softline. During the project in the St. Petersburg DPC of Softline, for the customer unrolled virtual infrastructure on the platform, usual for it, further in "cloud" of Softline placed services. Provided backup and recovery in "cloud" of crucial data.

Project Results

In a project deliverable the customer received cloud infrastructure on the computing platform of the Russian provider where all necessary IT services are placed.

Anton Frolov, the manager with large corporate clients of Softline company, noted:

Specialists of Softline provided to the customer a cloud service on the IaaS model thanks to what data storage according to requirements of the Russian legislation was provided. Use of virtual capacities will allow to optimize expenses on tinning of IT services and also to increase safety of crucial information due to backup.

Alexander Moskaltsov, the Head of Department of infrastructure of Accountor company in Russia, told:

- Our company was faced by a task to quickly implement migration of rather large fragment of IT infrastructure. Thanks to cooperation with Softline we managed to place all necessary IT services in the territory of the Russian Federation. As a result by September 1, 2015 when changes in the Russian legislation became effective, activities of our company for personal data processing of clients from the Russian Federation corresponded to both technical standards, and legal requirements.
