Administration of Kamchatka Krai (GLONASS)

Machines of emergency medical service of Kamchatka Krai will be equipped with GLONASS system. The Minister of Health of Kamchatka Krai Tatyana Lemeshko reported about it.

As reported on the official site of the government of Kamchatka Krai, all the satellite systems will equip 95 ambulance cars of 20 health facilities of Kamchatka Krai. More than 6 million rubles are selected for these purposes from the edge budget.

"Equipment by onboard equipment of satellite navigation of ambulance cars will allow to obtain the comprehensive information about location of sanitary transport in real time, - Tatyana Lemeshko explained. - Stations of ambulance will be able to coordinate work of crews, sending their machines in due time to the right place. It considerably will reduce arrival time of ambulance crew to the patient".

Equipment by the system of satellite navigation of ambulance cars is carried out within the long-term edge target program "Upgrade of Health Care of Kamchatka Krai for 2011-2012". The total amount of financing of the program of 3 billion 383 million 472 thousand rubles, including at the expense of means of federal fund of health insurance - 1 billion 976 million 912 thousand rubles, at the expense of means of the consolidated budget of Kamchatka Krai of 593 million 717.4 thousand rubles, at the expense of means of territorial fund of health insurance - 812 million 834.2 thousand rubles.

Resources of the operating regional medical data processing center (RDPC) will be used for the organization of a monitoring system and control of sanitary transport of Kamchatka Krai. It was organized based on the Kamchatka edge medical information and analytical center in 2011 at the expense of means of the edge budget.
