Technologika developed the universal polling module on the SharePoint platform for the mayor's office of Novosibirsk

On February 20, 2014 the Technologika company announced start in December, 2013 of the new section of the municipal portal of Novosibirsk - "The portal of quizzes". The section is developed on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform.

The section is focused on maintenance at citizens of interest in the certain subjects initiated by city administration of Novosibirsk and also increases popularity of "The municipal portal".

Since launch of the solution two quizes are held. Totally for December, 2013 and January, 2014 the portal was visited by about 3 thousand human.

The Technologika company developed for the mayor's office of Novosibirsk the Polls portal which is designed to help departments of the mayor's office to collect quickly data on opinion of residents of Novosibirsk on important issues.

Earlier for monitoring of public opinion telephone, street and apartment surveys were conducted that was quite costly for budgets of departments. The mayor's office could carry out only a limited number of polls though the need for them was and remains high. Sometimes it was even necessary to refuse holding polls owing to their high cost. Now the mayor's office has an additional tool on studying of public opinion.

With the help of the master of creation of polls any department will be able to create poll, to publish it on the portal, and then to analyze results. Of course, such polls have certain specifics and are suitable not for each situation, but represent the convenient additional tool on monitoring of public opinion.

The portal is executed on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 platform. It has an internal and external part which serve for creation and placement of polls. Both parts are connected by means of the utility of the synchronization which is earlier developed by Technologika company.

Each poll or its results can share on social networks that should draw attention of citizens to the new portal.
