On January 20, 2020 the Ministry of information development and communication of Perm Krai announced TAdviser that the robot concierge began to hold consultations, to issue admissions and to write on acceptance in the building of Perm Krai. For January, 2020 there is a technical testing and debugging of workflows of "the mechanical concierge".
According to the producer, Promobot works more precisely than the person: he is not mistaken, does not distract and he cannot be deceived. It is enough to visitor to attach the passport to the scanner – the robot for several seconds will verify authenticity of the document and existence of record of the guest on acceptance, and then will issue the admission. Promobot will also help to register in acceptance, will prompt how to pass to the necessary office, and if necessary – itself will contact a reception and will specify whether really there wait for the visitor.
The first deputy minister of information development and communication of Perm Krai Alexander Maslov noted that the robot is capable more qualitatively, quicker and at any time to render to inhabitants necessary services, at the same time it is not influenced by external factors.
We keep in focus of the person that it was convenient to inhabitants to obtain information, to send the appeal. The robot will not replace the person, it will perform only some functions. In the region there is already an experience of use of the robot – it works year in MFC. Using the robot it is possible to specify the status of documents, to consult on services of MFC and also to fill in the application form and to receive priority service out of turn at the expense of what loading of administrators and operators significantly decreased, told Alexander Maslov

According to edge MFC, since March, 2019 Promobot accepted more than 25.5 thousand addresses, the average time of application via the robot is made by 1 minute 10 seconds. Thanks to the mechanical employee, each administrator saves about 43 minutes a day.
