The administration of Pushkin municipal district of the Moscow region changes EDMS Lotus for OPTiMA

The Optima company completed system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) on the OPTIMA-WorkFlow platform in Pushkinsky District Administration of Moscow area.

Goal

The project is implemented within the long-term target program "Electronic Moscow Area" and provides uniform technology of work with documents.

Opinion

"The administration of Pushkin municipal district conducts not the first year the document flow in electronic form — Ryazanov V. A., the head of information technology noted — Till 2011 we worked in EDMS at the Lotus platform. Unfortunately, as practice, maintenance and completion of the existing system of steel for us very costly, and in certain cases and impossible showed. Selecting for itself the new platform, we pursued two main objectives: a new system should be convenient at operation and have a possibility of maintenance and development by own forces. The OPTIMA-WorkFlow platform completely satisfied us: implementation was made in very short time, the functionality of a system is clear and convenient, now it is not required to attract or to have in addition in staff of the specialist with unique knowledge of the Lotus platform".

Nuances

In the created EDMS the functionality is implemented: registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence, citizens' appeals, administrative documents of Administration and Council of deputies, accounting of personal reception of citizens by the management of Administration, control of execution of instructions on citizens' appeals, providing the management of Administration of operational and statistical information about a status and course of execution of documents.

Objectives

Further, implementing actions of the comprehensive target program, for increase in efficiency of work with the population and the organizations it is going to automate work with documents in administrations of city and rural settlements of the area, having created a common information space on work with documents in executive authorities of Pushkin district.
