The administration of Pytalovsky district of the Pskov region started an information and analytical system of space development

On November 12, 2015 it became known of an implementation project by request of administration of Pytalovsky district of the Pskov region of an information and analytical system of space development Horizon. Integrator in the project Neolant company.

Project Tasks

A system allows to maintain documents of town-planning activity of the area and settlements in the structured type, to issue allowing documents when rendering municipal services. Administrations the non-exclusive rights to a system are assigned.

Project Progress

Within works specialists of the contractor carried out setup of a system and training of staff of department of housing and public utilities, improvements, constructions and architecture and also performed loading of address data from a Federal information address system and the map of the Pskov region from open sources.

Project Results

Evgeny Pechugin, the head of department of project management of NEOLANT West LLC, told:

"Basic purpose of a system – creation of a uniform information resource of Administration based on modern GIS technologies. It is important to note that implementation of IAS Horizon allows not only to simplify and accelerate processes of accounting of town-planning documentation and acceptance of management decisions in the field of town-planning activity, but also to provide information support and process automation of rendering municipal services of Administration by divisions due to sharing of the cartographic and documentary information placed in a system. If on formation before separate documents, such as development plan for a land plot, in practice at specialists of Administration several hours left, then now it occurs in several minutes".
