In the Amur region the systems of budget implementation and management of state procurements are integrated

The company "Budget and Financial Technologies" completed integration of systems "ATsK-Goszakaz", "ADC-Finance" and the Official Website of the Russian Federation (OWRF) for administrations of the Amur region.

Results

Interaction of a management system for public procurements "ATsK-Goszakaz", the systems of budget implementation "ADC-Finance" and OOS allows to pass to electronic document management at placement of the state order with preserving of the principle of single information input.

The integration "ATsK-Goszakaz" and "ADC-Finance" provides automatic control of purchasing requests of receivers of budgetary funds for compliance to the approved lines of budget painting and existence of a remaining balance of limits of budget commitments with a possibility of reservation in the presence and automatic failure in the absence of free limits. Also automatic data transmission, contained in contracts and agreements of a system of public procurements, in the system of treasurer budget implementation for a possibility of formation on their basis of budget commitments on specific lines of budget painting is provided. At the same time the organizations customers of the Amur region in real time obtain information on existence of a free remaining balance of limits of a specific account line of the estimate and up-to-date data on payment of contracts and agreements from the ADC-Finance system.
