Regions are obliged to fulfill the goals set by the federal project "Digital Educational Environment," which is aimed at creating and introducing digital tools in educational organizations, for which there are always not enough resources. Thus, the creation of a digital system in the Novgorod region contributes to the implementation of the set federal and regional KPIs and saves the Novgorod budget more than 100 million rubles for the purchase of information systems.
