The administration of the Smolensk region implements the system of information support of MFC

Lanitvvela in operation an information system of support of activity of MFC in the Smolensk region.

Background

Creation of the multifunction centers takes place within administrative reform which provides quality improvement and availability of public services, increase in efficiency of activity of executive authorities, significant restriction of intervention of the state in economic activity of subjects of an entrepreneurship. For accomplishment of these tasks in administration of the Smolensk region the decision on implementation of the AIS MFC - an information system of support of the activity of the multifunction centers developed by LANIT was made.

Solution

The LANIT company completed implementation of automated information system of support of activity of the multifunction centers for providing the public and municipal services in the Smolensk region.

Result

Automation of MFC in the Smolensk region allowed to increase awareness of physical persons and legal entities on the rendered services, to provide quality of information maintenance of process of rendering services, to increase efficiency of specialists of MFC at provision of services. As additional services in the multifunction center of the Smolensk region acceptance of citizens' appeals and consultation on rendering services is organized. Providing these services is also executed by means of the AIS MFC. During the course of performance works on implementation of a system its integration into the regional portal of public services of the Smolensk region is performed that gave the chance to display information on services of MFC on these portals and to trace the course of rendering the stated services.
