In the Tambov region it is created regional by IAS based on Parus Budget

The uniform information and analytical system of the Tambov region based on software "Parus — the Budget 8" allows to perform monitoring and the analysis of indicators of social and economic development of the region.

About 3 thousand organizations, including regional and territorial authorities of federal agencies, local government authorities of the Tambov region, regional and municipal authorities are connected to a system. Electronic Data Interchange with the Management state automated systems federal systems, the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system), the regional system of electronic state procurements, resources of Rosstat, FTS, Roskomnadzor and other departments is implemented.

In a system the data characterizing economic, social and budget spheres accumulate. It allows to control key indicators of development of the Tambov region, to reveal the factors having the greatest impact on the general regional indicators, to carry out the comparative assessment of indicators in different cuts, noted in corporation.

The deputy head of department of information technologies, communication and document flow of administration of the Tambov region Nikolay Zemskoy highly appreciated result of automation in the field of management of regional ICT. According to him, time of carrying out complex monitoring of use of ICT by authorities and local government was reduced by 3 times at increase in volume of the processed information more than by 50 times. Besides, use of a system when carrying out expense analysis on purchases of goods, works, services in the field of ICT allowed, according to Zemskoy, "increase expense efficiency of the regional budget on purchase of the software at least by 4 times".
