The city administration of Irkutsk implemented an information analytical system of housing and public utilities

On May 29, 2015 the Extreme group announced project completion on implementation of the integrated municipal information analytical system of housing and communal services (IMAIS) on the Elpas platform in an IT environment of city administration of Irkutsk.

Project Results

As a result of implementation suppliers of information in the field of housing and public utilities (management companies and the resource supplying organizations) of the city of Irkutsk will have an opportunity to provide in electronic form information on apartment houses and objects of utility infrastructure, according to Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1468.

As a part of IMAIS the module "Electronic Passport" giving opportunities is implemented:

• Formation and sending electronic passports (filling of the electronic passport on portal/loading of the ready file with the electronic passport / loading of a set of electronic passports).

• Receiving and control of documents (verification of the signature of the electronic passport, automatic formatno-logical and structural control of data, automatic formation and signing of technology documents)

• Storage and document retrieval (storage of electronic documents within 5 years, search in different criteria)

• The analysis of the course of the reporting (operational results of a status of collecting of passports by any periods)

Declarations and messages (bulk mailing of information, conducting dialogs)

• Integration into other ICs (providing API)
