The administration of the municipal entity the Nadym district completed actions for personal data protection

On February 27, 2015 the Softline company announced project completion of upgrade of processing system of personal data of finance department of administration of the Nadym region of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area^[1].

Project Tasks

Administration of the Nadym district - the principal executive organ of the municipal entity as a part of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area. In structure of organization the finance department which activity is connected with processing of the data containing personal data (PDN) works.

In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, all organizations processing and storing personal data are obliged to provide their protection. The finance department of administration of the customer made the decision on upgrade of IT infrastructure and its reduction in compliance with requirements of regulators about information security support.

Project Progress

During the project specialists of Softline performed works:

• collection of data on information systems of the customer;
• bench tests;
• development of the concept of protection of PDN;
• development of model of security risks of personal data at their automated processing,
• development of model of the violator.

Information security tools of Secret Net and Continent are set and configured.

At the final stage of the project the packet of the organizational and administrative documentation regulating processing and personal data protection is created. As a result of ISPDN finance department of administration are brought into accord both to relevant requirements of the Russian legislation, and the criteria shown to information security systems in general.

Project Results

It should be noted that the task of security of processing and a personal data storage within the project was successfully solved as soon as possible.
