Work on the project took place from May to August 2023. For three months, the Media-Tel team carried out a number of stages:
- gathered requirements, developed and deployed a prototype solution;
- finalized, tested and integrated the system with Bitrix24;
- launched the SimpleOne solution into commercial operation.
The SimpleOne platform, on the one hand, provides a large set of low-code tools for quick design, and on the other, does not limit the possibility of using pro-code tools where necessary. During the implementation of the project for AERODISK, we could solve some non-standard tasks with scripts at any time. This was especially true when our team plunged into the topic of monitoring the timing of the completion of contracts of AERODISK clients and the subsequent work on their prolongation, - said Vladimir Lyaleko, director of the center "IT Services Management" of Media-Tel LLC. |
As a result of the migration to the SimpleOne ITSM system, AERODISK received:
- customization of the user portal in accordance with the company's brand book, adaptive layout, forms for registration and processing of applications;
- Setting up three customer service levels (Premium, Business, Standard) with different processes and communication channels
- the ability to refine the system for current business tasks due to the flexible solution architecture;
- automated monitoring of warranty service terms and notification of customers when the end of contracts is approaching;
- integration with Bitrix24 and chatbot in Telegram.
The AERODISK team plans to further scale the SimpleOne ITSM system and deeper integration with Bitrix24. The integrator of Devoteam Group LLC, for its part, is ready to provide support as needed.
