The Aflex Distribution company, the official representative of the western software developers in Russia and the CIS, completed an implementation project of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
The decision on implementation of the CRM solution was made for the purpose of business process optimization of the company and also for increase in efficiency of work of managers with partners. A full integration of the solution with other products of Microsoft, the open architecture, flexibility of management, the friendly interface and ability to integrate into the operating information system became the pacing factors which influenced the choice of a system.
Using the CRM system sales processes, works with partners, marketing and reporting are automated. Use of the solution allows to reduce a sales cycle, to make it more predictable and to increase the number of successfully closed transactions.
Within the project information on partners and distributors is consolidated, including, the history of relationship with them, is implemented an ability to manage by a goods lifecycle and preparation of reports on sales volumes of each vendor. Besides, using an information system control of results of work of partners of the company, the procedure of assignment by it of the partner statuses and purpose of remunerations is simplified.
