The Voronezh office of the IT integrator "First Bit" carried out large-scale automation for the snack manufacturer "Agro-Sputnik." 1C:ERP made it possible to save 10% of the working time of all employees of the company. Work with orders and sales planning was carried out manually in Excel. The terms of the contracts had to be checked in the documents themselves. The new ERP system automated price control under the terms of contracts, added a convenient payment schedule with tracking receipts.

The introduction of electronic document management accelerated the processing of orders from large networks by 30%. Time to order from small partners working in Excel has been reduced by 2 times. As a result, now 95% of orders are entered into the system automatically, without manual entry.

Logistics was engaged in external software, now the ERP accounting system is responsible for this functionality. Thus, it was possible to free 10% of the working time of employees of this department - it was spent on transferring information from one database to another. The calculation of the cost of transportation accelerated by 20%. In addition, the company began to save money, more effectively distributing the load on transport. A special report that analyzes these indicators over time helps with this.

Now the company has operational accounting for stock balances, accurate cost calculation, automatic write-off of materials after each shift. Moving all accounting processes to a single workspace has eliminated the need to consolidate data from different sources.

Specifically under the customer, the First Bit team created a new report on the financial result in the context of customers, managers and orders with the details of the item. It allows you to quickly manage sales of certain areas, goods.

We set up reports on non-standard indicators: allocation of accounting cost, revenue excluding VAT, gross profit, commercial expenses direct and indirect, general economic expenses, total cost, profit from sales, receivables with debt terms from the date of delivery.

Accounting is now carried out "on the spot" - in the departments themselves that create the data.
