On May 31, 2022, the company 1C-Rarus"" announced that its team had completed a project to automate the accounting of the Treasury banking activities NPP and in Akkuyu"" on the territory. Republic of Turkey information The database 1C:Corporate performance management employs 2,000 users Russia in and. As Turkey a result of the project, the accounting of applications and contracts has been optimized, the procedure for coordinating documents has been simplified, and control has been optimized. regulatory reference information
The project of the first nuclear power plant in Turkey includes four power units with technological reactors of Russian design VVER-1 200 with a capacity of 4,800 megawatts. It is planned that after the completion of the construction, Akkuyu NPP will generate 35 billion kWh per year, providing an estimated 10% of Turkey's electricity needs.
The project for the construction of a nuclear power plant is a fairly large joint project between Russia and Turkey. In 2010, the two governments signed an Agreement on Cooperation in the Construction and Operation of a Nuclear Power Plant at the Akkuyu Site in the Republic of Turkey.
Also in 2010, AKKUYU NÜKLEER ANONİM ŞİRKETİ was registered for the implementation of the project, which assumed obligations for the design, construction, maintenance, operation and decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
The management of AKKUYU NÜKLEER ANONİM ŞİRKETİ initiated a project to create a financial management information system based on 1C software products in order to improve the efficiency of managing the company's financial flows and ensure that the legal requirements and accounting needs are fully taken into account. The integrator of the digital solution was 1C Rarus, a 1C partner with 28 years of experience in developing and implementing financial management software products.
After careful analysis, the 1C:Corporate performance management software product was chosen , since this solution allows you to conduct a centralized treasury, has English and Russian user interfaces.
At the start of the project, the goals of automation were identified - consolidating information, improving the efficiency and quality of management decisions made. It was planned that the introduction of an information system will increase the degree of automation of the treasury, help optimize the quality of existing business processes.
The 1C-Rarus project team has adapted implementation technologies to meet the requirements of project management.Rosatom
The work was carried out in geographically distributed areas: Customer's representative office - Moscow, Customer's head office - Ankara (Turkey), Mersin district (Turkey), the total number of information system users - 2,000 people. The project was implemented under the conditions of quarantine measures for Covid. The interface of the used subsystems was translated into the Naturek language. The peculiarities of the treasury and banking activities of Turkish banks are taken into account. Implementation was carried out in Russian, English and Turkish.
As a result of the implementation of 1C:Corporate performance management, the Treasury subsystem was automated:
- Control over the maintenance of regulatory reference information (counterparties, contracts, bank accounts) in accordance with Russian and Turkish requirements has been optimized.
- The process of treasury and work with Turkish banks has been automated.
- The accounting of travel requests, advance reports is optimized.
- Document approval routes are unified. Role addressing has been set up. Phased completion of documents.
- Automated accounting of Capex contracts, accrual and payment schedules.
- The digital solution is integrated with related information systems.
- Unified support for IT solutions , taking into account the use of a single version of the 1C platform.
"The use of current digital resources made it possible to analyze and optimize existing processes and prepare for the further development of the IT architecture based on the 1C technology platform," - shares the results of the Kravchenko project Alexander Yuryevich, Head of the Department of Methodology and Optimization of Business Processes AKKUYU NÜKLEER ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. |
Akkuyu is a serial project of a nuclear power plant based on the Novovoronezh NPP 2 project (Russia, Voronezh region). The Akkuyu NPP construction project is implemented according to the BOO model (Build - Own - Operate = Stroy - Owner - Operate).
The estimated service life of Akkuyu NPP is 60 years with the possibility of extension for another 20 years, which means the development of the region in the long term, the emergence of jobs and access to a source of environmentally friendly electricity for residents of Turkey and enterprises of the Turkish economy.
