"The Alagir DRSU" uses the automation equipment for control of motor transport

On May 26, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced implementation in JSC Alagirskoye DRSU of a control system of work and a status of 1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF vehicle fleet.

Selecting the automation equipment, the company management gave preference to "1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF", project implementation charged 1C-Rarus.

Project Results

A system to "1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF" facilitated work on execution of waybills. When choosing special equipment and motor transport the program automatically checks their suitability for order fulfillment. When forming the new waybill from the previous permit fuel reserves in tanks and indications of a speedometer are automatically transferred.

Processing speed of orders increased, necessary documents timely form, abuses of drivers are excluded - it helped to optimize work of the customer. A new system became competitive advantage of the company and the efficient assistant for the solution of daily tasks of employees.

Automation helped to optimize maintenance costs of special equipment and to reduce costs on fuel and lubricants. Operational and up-to-date information about motor transport status, its opportunities, considerably reduced time of response to new orders.
