What technology was selected by Alior Bank for customer interaction

On September 23, 2015 it became known of the choice Alior Bank of mobile application IBM MobileFirst for iOS for change of a method of interaction of bank with clients in Poland.

The bank will use the IBM MobileFirst for IOS Trusted Advice application which allows consultants to get access and to manage the client's portfolio with iPad, to receive the broad picture of the state of affairs on the basis of profound analytics and the simple interface. All these services will be available to the consultant where it met clients – at the client of the house, in cafe or in the bank. Consultants can use the application for providing a full range of banking services, since verification of documentation and up to implementation of the protected bank transactions.

Developed especially for iPhone or iPad, the IBM MobileFirst for IOS applications are safe and give ability to integrate analytical data with key business processes of the organization. Applications are used BY IOS technologies and can be personalized in any company. Applications are installed, controlled and updated using the cloud services of IBM specialized for devices on the IOS platform.
