The advertizing Alkasar group integrates InformSystems of the branches

The Microtest company implemented the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 system in Alkasar advertizing agency. The solution integrated InformSystems of 35 regional offices of the agency.

Solution

Alkasar group for the purpose of standardization and reduction of terms of carrying out accounting transactions it was decided to create the unified information system for all companies entering into group.

Selection

As a basis the solution "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8" was taken. Implementation was performed by Microtest company.

Implementation

Specialists Microtest implement a possibility of accounting of income and expenses according to customer orders by such analytical signs as TV channel, the territory of broadcasting, advertizing type, etc. After implementing solution integration with specialized schedule system and advertizing in an air was carried out it. Then the solution was replicated in Alkasar branches.

According to the results of project implementation the following results were received:

• by 5 times terms of preparation of the reporting – from 10 are reduced to 2 days;
• for 30% labor costs are reduced by introduction of accounting of rendering services in advertizing;
• the unified accounting model within one database is created that simplifies work of clients with branches of the agency in different regions;
• relationship "agent-subagent-principal" and procedures of job order accounting is automated;
• a common information space is organized that considerably increased controllability and transparency of accounting in holding.
