Alrosa and Digital Design are improving the automation system for the work of collegial management bodies

2023: Multifactor Integration Plan

AK ALROSA (PJSC) and the developer of Digital Design software continue to develop the information system of the collegial management bodies Areopad (ISCO Areopad). By the end of 2023, it is planned to integrate the solution with the domestic two-factor Multifactor authentication tool. The project will allow meeting corporate requirements for ensuring information security and will increase the level of technological sovereignty of the company in accordance with the corporate import substitution policy. This was announced by Digital Design on September 12, 2023.

The information system of collegial management bodies "Areopad" has been introduced and used in AK "ALROSA" (PJSC) since 2019. The decision automates the work of committees and the Supervisory Board accountable to shareholders, helps the company maintain a high level of corporate governance.

ISCO "Areopad" has translated into the digital environment the key processes of the management structure of AK ALROSA. The system ensures information security through the use of domestic; algorithms cryptography allows you to work with documents constituting trade secrets; provides offline access mobile application to and from stationary; computer offers large tools and templates for generating protocols and reports.

Thanks to regular updates of ISCO "Areopad," responsible for organizing corporate events, employees of AK "ALROSA" (PJSC) have become even more convenient in the system to plan and create meetings of management bodies, vote on agenda issues, leave dissenting opinions and track the version of downloaded documents.

2020: ISCO "Areopad" update

On June 15, 2020, Digital Design announced that Alrosa is improving its work in the Areopad information system.

ALROSA is a diamond producer, a public company with state participation. The Supervisory Board, committees under the Supervisory Board and the Management Board are the governing bodies of the company when making strategically important decisions. To increase the efficiency and convenience of their work, ALROSA introduced in 2019 a comprehensive system of digital support for the work of collegial management bodies - the information system of collegial bodies "Areopad" (ISCO "Areopad"), developed by Digital Design.

This system provides for a fully automated document flow cycle, starting with the formation of an agenda, materials for meetings and absentee votes, ending with the formation of a final protocol. This allows members of collegial bodies to get acquainted with the materials of meetings and absentee votes online, which greatly simplifies work with documentation and increases the efficiency of business process management.

The functionality of the corporate secretary is a web client of the system in which you can create meetings, invite participants, configure notifications, upload agenda materials, automatically form a meeting minutes in a corporate template - that is, fully manage the preparation and conduct of meetings.

In 2020, the Digital Design company updated ISCO Areopad to the latest version and completed a number of work to develop the system to improve the convenience of users. Functionality has been enhanced: for example, you can now adjust active meetings, formulate questions and inform users about them every time you change. In the updated system, the secretary can add comments to the materials and generate analytical reports with the possibility of flexible configuration, all users can track the version of documents in the mobile client and categorize questions for the correct formation of subpoenas.

In the future, it is planned to introduce another large module - a library, which will store a database of internal regulatory documents approved by collegial bodies. The system will also implement an option to review legislation in the field of corporate governance.

The system has an increased degree of data protection, has a simple and convenient interface for use on mobile devices. This project was developed and implemented by Digital Design with the direct participation of employees of ALROSA Corporate Security Department.
