MULTIFACTOR and Gazinformservice have confirmed the compatibility of their products and the correctness of their work. Multifactor announced this on October 21, 2024.

sPACE Compatibility

Web Control and MULTIFACTOR confirmed the compatibility of the MULTIFACTOR two-factor authentication and access control system with the sPACE privileged access control system. As part of the partnership, the parties conducted tests and signed a certificate of compatibility. Multifactor announced this on September 3, 2024.

Finalizing Radius Adapter for Windows and Linux infrastructures

MULTIFACTOR has finalized its own Radius Adapter for Windows and Linux infrastructures in a two-factor authentication and user access control solution. The MULTIFACTOR developers added a second factor query function to the MultiFactor Radius Adapter before the first. This function will help to relieve the load from the LDAP directory and protect it in case of enumeration of user passwords. The developer announced this on June 28, 2024.

If the function is active, the adapter works in a new mode: first, the user must confirm the second factor, and then the first (login and password). Features such as Bypass, Inline Encryption, and Challenge are also available in this mode.

In the updated version of MultiFactor Radius Adapter, you can choose the preferred authentication method for the second factor mode before the first: push notification, Telegram message, OTP code. If any of the specified user methods is not available, the following will be used according to the priority.

Alt Server 10 and Alt Workstation 10 compatibility
