The transformation program is being implemented in stages. Basic solutions will be completed by the end of 2026, and by 2028 all processes will completely switch to the domestic system. The program will simplify the interaction between the divisions of the company and allow you to quickly adapt to changes in the market.

These companies will become a platform for working out solutions before large-scale implementation at all enterprises of the group. Experience with pilot implementations will help identify features and optimize migration processes to the new platform.
As part of the first stage, the following modules and systems are implemented:
- process management system at the holding level;
- automation of equipment maintenance and repair processes;
- Procurement management using a domestic SRM platform
- optimization of transport and warehouse logistics;
- maintenance of regulatory reference information;
- integration of information systems in a single digital circuit.
Alrosa IT Director Vadim Zheltukhin noted that this is a large-scale digital transformation project that will optimize processes and increase the management efficiency of the entire group of companies. According to him, the company creates a template for further expansion to all Alrosa enterprises.
