Softline and UEM SafeMobile ensured the security of mobile devices of Alros employees

2025: UEM SafeMobile Implementation

Softline (PJSC Softline) implemented a project to protect corporate mobile devices for ALROSA using the UEM SafeMobile solution. The customer has a secure workspace, full control over enterprise data on mobile devices, and a flexible rights management system. Softline announced this on September 15, 2025.

As part of the import substitution program, the customer needed to replace the Western mobile device management system in the corporate segment with domestic software. The Softline team offered a comprehensive solution, including UEM SafeMobile from the developer "NII SOKB Development Center," which creates a secure workspace on corporate mobile devices.

The project consisted of several stages: architectural study, pilot project and implementation. As a result, ALROSA received centralized device management, the ability to control incoming and outgoing information, separate data storage locations, additional analytics and activity monitoring tools. The solution provides flexible access policy settings for different groups of users.

Integration with Active Directory allows you to automatically distribute rights between employees of different departments of the company - all of them work in a single secure loop. The ability to lock devices in emergency situations guarantees additional protection against unauthorized access. Support for multi-user mode is also provided: even a change of employee does not require a complete reinstallation of the system, a fairly simple re-registration. The specialists of the group of companies provided the customer with a smooth transition to UEM SafeMobile without interruption from production. The plans include further development of cooperation and possible scaling of the project: as of September 2025, the system is being tested for interaction with non-standard internal software.

Having completed this project, we provided the customer with a secure environment within the framework of import substitution. The solution allows ALROSA employees to work with important information directly from a corporate device - a mobile phone, tablet or laptop - excluding the risk of data leakage, - said Maxim Konovalov, Softline Group of companies business development manager.
