Altai Suburb (EDocLib: Asset Business)

The event which looked forward staff of passenger railway company "Altai Suburb" came true - the last stage of system implementation "is just finished with eDocLib: An asset Business" in administrative personnel of the enterprise.

The motto of the company which since 2003 is engaged in passenger rail transportation in the territory of Altai Krai – "Altai Suburb" is a certain way of the movement". This slogan characterizes the mission of firm on the market of rail transportation of Altai Krai more exhaustively – to be the best in everything and to move forward constantly.

It is no wonder that in the company aiming at provision of services at the highest level, huge attention is paid to the latest technologies contributing to the development of high-quality modern service of passengers. One of the most popular and favourite by residents of the region and also tourists from other territories of projects of the company – the corporate train of the increased comfort Guelder-rose the Red in which passengers can have among others services an opportunity to use a free wireless internet.

High "level" of the level of the provided services requires implementation of the appropriate managerial technologies. From these motives responsibles of the organization addressed for services the KS-Consulting company which is engaged in implementation of end-to-end systems of electronic document management.

At a stage of preproject inspection of JSC Altay Prigorod without uniform doubt representatives of the implementing company selected a system "by eDocLib: An asset Business" - the solution on the eDocLib platform of EOS Group company, capable to satisfy all needs of the customer as regards the organization of document flow, task management and instructions, providing the uniform corporate data warehouse.

After carrying out inspection of the existing scheme of document flow and the analysis of its results the necessary and most rational "interaction circuit" of staff of the company meeting the requirements of effective management was accurately designed. In total 10 officials became users of a system: the secretary, the director, the lawyer, the chief accountant, the associate director on finance and also chiefs of departments. In a system possibilities of registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents, removal of instructions as according to documents, and separate cards, approval of documents in electronic form are implemented. The possibility of maintaining agreements, the entering/proceeding accounts and their approval for the lawyer and accounting is also implemented.

System "eDocLib: An asset Business" allowed to organize most effectively interaction of divisions of the enterprise among themselves, created an ability to manage tasks and their control that significantly arranges relationship of employees and also increases executive discipline. Moreover, system implementation allowed the company to eliminate cases of loss of important documents by means of creation of the uniform corporate data warehouse.
