Altayvagon starts EDMS in Galaktika

The company "Financial technologies" begins an implementation project EDMS DIRECTUM on one of large enterprises of Altai Krai – machine-building plant Altayvagon.

Altayvagon uses the automated control system for the Galaktika ERP enterprise. About one hundred employees of the plant work with it.

Implementation of EDMS – the next stage of automation of the enterprise. The compulsory provision of implementation of DIRECTUM - integration with the Galaktika ERP.

Automation of a number of business processes in work with documents is planned: registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence, orders, orders, internal documents; approval and signing of outgoing correspondence; entering of resolutions on incoming correspondence, control of performance of resolutions; approval and agreement signature; holding meetings.

Reality

Process automation of processing of the entering and proceeding correspondence, internal documents, agreements and meetings is complete. This part in trial operation is launched.

In these days setup of services of input and conversion of the DIRECTUM system is performed that will allow to automate as much as possible process of acceptance of correspondence from the MFP and e-mail.

Prospects

It is supposed that in September of this year EDMS DIRECTUM it will be put into commercial operation.
