2021: Implementation of the solution "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution"

NPO "Alternative" automated the calculation of the reserve of holidays and postings under regulation 465-P using the program "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution." This was announced by the development company on December 2, 2021.

NPO Alternative (LLC) worked in the 1C: Salary and Personnel Management 8 system, but over time, the program's capabilities ceased to correspond to the growing needs of the organization and did not take into account the changes in the legislation needed by the bank. It was also necessary to implement the requirements of Regulation 465-P "Industry Standard for Accounting of Employee Remuneration in Credit Organizations."

Antegra Consulting presented its solution "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution," which was developed on the basis of the software product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8." This decision was fully suitable for the list of tasks of NPO Alternative (LLC), including the Bank of Russia requirement No. 465-P.

The software product "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution" was installed on top of the working system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8," as a result of which NPO "Alternative" (LLC) received all the necessary functionality.

As part of the implementation of the software product "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution," Antegra Consulting installed the configuration, parametrically configured the system and trained the company's employees to work with the configuration.

As of December 2021, NPO "Alternative" (LLC) continues cooperation with the company Antigra consulting, which provides consulting and technical support for the software product "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution."
