Alyans-Leasing, JSC (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

The Leasing Vanguard company, by the partner of Homnet Leasing company in St. Petersburg, completes the next stage of the project on implementation of the ERP system in Alyans-Leasing Ltd — regulated accounting based on the information system "Homnet Leasing 8" is automated.

Alyans-Leasing is the universal leasing company founded in 2003. The company provides services of finance lease on the European part of the territory of the Russian Federation. The federal network of the company covers Moscow and twelve regional centers: Veliky Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Petrozavodsk, Pskov, Chelyabinsk, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Volgograd, Samara and Kazan. Control of a branch network is exercised from the head office "Alyans-Leasing" located in St. Petersburg.

During the project of automation replacement of the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform by more technological — "1C:Enterprise 8" is performed, accounting and tax accounting is automated, integration of the accounting block into the unified information system of the enterprise is made.

At the first stage specialists of Leasing Vanguard and Alyans-Leasing companies jointly developed a technique of maintaining business and tax accounting in the Homnet Leasing 8 system. Further on the basis of the prepared technique business processes of conducting accounting and tax accounting in a new information system were detailed and optimized and also the list of necessary completions is defined. Specialists of Leasing Vanguard company implemented functional unit of accounting of the Homnet Leasing 8 software product, provided data movement from the 1C: Accounting 7.7 program used earlier and provided training of staff of Alyans-Leasing company in the principles of work in a new system.
