MegaFon Personnel Control will be used by Ambulance 072

In the spring of 2016, MegaFon signed a contract for the provision of a set of automated communication services to the Ambulance 072 private medical service. Now MegaFon subscribers will be able to call a paid ambulance at short number 1303.

As part of the contract, the operator also provided the private medical service with a tariff for free communication between the brigade and ambulance dispatchers and included the Personnel Control service. Thanks to the new capabilities, dispatchers will be able to track all movements of medical teams, quickly determining the nearest one for emergency dispatch to the call.

The Personnel Control service allows you to organize high-quality management control for remote coordination of employees, checking the routes of their movements and the effectiveness of the use of working time.
