Amdocs CRM CRM system implemented in OJSC MegaFon is used also in network of VimpelCom. This solution consolidates all data on clients in the single system integrated with the available systems of billing pre-paid and post-paid of services.
As a result of implementation of the CRM system all specialists of subscription service of MegaFon Moscow network have access to the uniform, relevant and regularly updated information on service support. It allows the company to react to requests of subscribers quicker.
Solution and Contractor Selection
Several developers among whom there was no Russian company took part in tender on the CRM system for MegaFon.
Perhaps, the choice was caused by successful experience of implementation of a similar system in network of other operator of "the big three" — VimpelCom companies.
Project Progress
MegaFon and Amdocs concluded the letter of intent on implementation of the CRM system in September, 2003. In December, 2004 development and testing of the Amdocs CRM platform were made. Complete transition to the platform to MegaFon Moscow networks was performed within the I quarter 2005, and then a system was implemented also in regional representative offices.
Effect from Implementation
By estimates of analysts, use of Amdocs ClarifyCRM allows to lower holding time of clients to 70 %.
