2020: The chat-bot for work with clients

Thanks to application of chat-bots the staff of the Ancor company monthly saves more than 100 hours, and clients can instantly receive the lesson schedule, homework or to learn balance of means, without involving representatives of the company. The Directum company reported about it on September 30, 2020.

Directum was implemented in Ancor in 2012. Thanks to a management system for digital processes and documents internal interaction became more transparent.

Staff of the company always has access to necessary information:

  • the administrator of educational branch — to the information about students, groups of training, the schedule;
  • the teacher — about occupations and progress of students;
  • the accountant — about payment of rates and payroll of teachers;
  • HR specialists — to personnel documents.

To lower load of employees and to simplify interaction of users with the educational platform, in 2018 it was decided to build uniform process and to connect clients to electronic control by documents using the chat-bot.

Now the client can at any time:

  • obtain information on the next occupation, end of a rate and the recommended examinations;
  • learn the balance and create the invoice for payment in the form of the QR code for fast payment via the terminal;
  • announce the administrator of branch the admission of occupation or request detailing of the account;
  • look what actions take place in school: tenders, master classes.

If class is cancelled, the administrator of branch does not need to call all clients: he sends the message using the chat-bot. At especially important messages the status of reading by the user is shown.

To close occupation, i.e. to mark out attendees and to specify homework, earlier access to the notebook was required for teachers. Now — phone suffices. Thanks to convenience and availability of the solution the performing discipline increased, the term of entering of information in a system was reduced.

For bigger convenience to the chat-bot Directum it is going to add the navigation menu and the improved dictionary of word forms, to configure integration with a payment system for billing.
