2021: Start of implementation of electronic system of plant equipment bypasses

Specialists NPP "SpetsTek" and "" Angarsky Nitrogen and Tuk Plant(AATZ) on August 2, 2021 announced the start of work on the project for the introduction of an electronic system for bypassing plant equipment. The system is implemented on a web platform, using. mobile application TRIM-Mobile

The Electronic Equipment Bypass System (EPS) is a multi-user system for distributed collection, accounting and streamlining of data on the results of bypasses, inspections of equipment and control of technological parameters of its operation, using mobile devices and web technologies.

Work in the ESO assumes that line personnel use a smartphone (tablet) with the TRIM-Mobile application during the bypass process. With its help, personnel will receive remote access to equipment data and will be able to enter information into the factory database, while being in the workshop, next to the equipment. In turn, managers will receive operational information on bypasses and inspections directly from the production area, base their technical operation decisions on it, and will also be able to monitor the performance of inspections and compliance with bypass routes in real time.

The launch pad of the project in AATZ was the production site of unconcentrated nitric acid (NAC) of workshop 33/36. As of the beginning of August, specialists of SpetsTek NPP carried out a survey on the territory of the plant, collected initial data for setting up the system and preparing the database, trained plant employees to generate electronic descriptions of bypasses according to a special template, and the latter began to fill in bypass templates with information on content, bypass routes and inspection parameters.

In the future, the project participants will have to ensure the creation of a database of inspection objects by uploading data from the Galaxy ERP system and loading them into the system being created, as well as loading data from bypass templates into the ESO. The company NPP "SpetsTek" will supply the customer NFC with labels for identifications inspection objects, mobile devices in a secure version, as well as a license for use software TRIM for 14 users, including crawlers. TRIM software will be deployed on fixed workstations and mobile devices. Users will also have access to TRIM functionality through. web browser

The plant's forces will place 100 NFC tags on the equipment of the NAC site, and specialists of the SPTK NPP will link these tags to the inspection objects in the database. This will allow bypass performers to automatically identify inspection objects using NFC labels, and receive information from them from the database with the display of the mobile device on the screen. Also, SpetsTek NPP will develop an integration module that will ensure data exchange between ESO and the Galaxy ERP system.

It is assumed that the successful implementation of the project will make it possible to develop the system and subsequently cover the entire production of the Angara Nitrogen and Tuk Plant. Previously, a similar system was successfully implemented at KAO Azot.
