The Newmantek company completed an implementation project of an end-to-end system of management in Anika RU company on the 1C: Integrated Automation 8.1 platform.
Before the beginning
Earlier in the company the information system, however, business development was used, changes in the legislation and modern market demands resulted in need of increase in level of automation of all business processes of the company. The existing system did not allow management to receive the operational management reporting in most short time, in a convenient format and in the necessary analytical cuts and also the company had no opportunity to keep lot-based account of goods and to do the analysis of the consolidated goods turnover and profit.
Solution
Within the joint project with "Newmantek" the uniform transparent methodology of accounting and the reporting which considers features of business and all requirements of the customer is developed. Consultants of the company carried out the analysis of all business processes, accounting techniques, the analysis of the existing automation system, tuning properties of accounting of a new system were developed and approved, requirements to filling additional the analyst for the purposes of formation of the management reporting, individual access rights and settings of users are described, installation of the application 1C, databases is executed, setup of parameters of accounting of a system is performed, reference books, opening balances and history in agreed volume are transferred and managerial reports are developed.
Details
Accounting and basic reports were configured in an automated system based on "1C: Integrated Automation 8.1". User training of the configured model is provided and start of an automated system in commercial operation is performed.
In a project deliverable the following functional units are automated:
- Accounting;
- Tax accounting;
- Personnel records;
- Payroll;
- Purchases;
- Sales;
- Inventory control;
- Planning;
- Managerial reports are developed.

Among the main effects of the project it is possible to select a possibility of maintaining stock balance by expiration dates that allowed to manage effectively trade inventories and to reduce a share of the written-off goods. In a system it is possible to control quickly sales, shareholders and management of the company obtained the objective information about a status of business and can quickly prepare the management reporting, including detailed information on specific nomenclature groups that is very important at acceptance of difficult management decisions. Tax accounting is completely automated that reduced time of employees for preparation of the reporting and allowed to carry out more operational tasks.
