2022: Obtaining ASKUTE official status
The commercial accounting system of the boiler house in Penza received official status. The company Krug announced this on February 1, 2022.
For these purposes, KRUK developed methods for measuring coolant flow for thermal energy metering units (UUTE) of the Arbekovo boiler house in Penza:
- UUTE "Heating line No. 31" and "Heating line No. 32" (supply and return pipelines)
- UUTE "Heating system makeup" (high and low flow pipelines).
These methods are certified and submitted to the Federal Information Fund for Ensuring Uniformity of Measurements. Rosstandart RUSSIAN FEDERATION
As of February 2022, the Arbekovo boiler house is equipped with four heating boilers with a thermal capacity of 50 GHal/hour, two boilers with a capacity of 100 GHal/hour, two steam boilers with a capacity of 25 t/h, a chemical water treatment system and fuel oil.
The total installed heat capacity is 432 Gcal/hour.
Metering units are part of the Automated Energy Metering System of the Arbekovo Boiler House, operating on the basis of the Russian KRUK-2000 software and technical complex (PTK KRUK-2000). ASKUTE provides commercial accounting of heat energy and heat carrier supply to consumers, as well as accounting of natural gas consumption of the boiler house .
As part of these works, Acts of verification of the state and use of measuring instruments and compliance with the requirements of measurement methods established by law were obtained for the boiler house thermal energy metering units.
2021: Completion of CAS KRUK-2000 implementation
The heat energy of the boiler house in Penza is recorded by PTK KRUK-2000. This was announced by NPF Krug on June 22, 2021.
Improving the accuracy and transparency of energy accounting lies in the zone of close attention of the management of PJSC T Plus, as this directly affects the economic performance of heat supply facilities.
ASKUTE boiler house "Arbekovo" is implemented on the basis of the Russian software and technical complex KRUK-2000 (PTC KRUK-2000):
- At the middle level of the system, the industrial controller Devlink-C1000 reads archives and instantaneous values from the devices for further processing and transfer to the upper level.
- The top-level server and APCs operate under the control of SCADA KRUG-2000.
- Unity of system time on all ASKUTE subscribers provides a single TimeVisor time server.
The transfer of operational data to the centralized dispatch system of PJSC T Plus and Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Penza was organized.
KRUK performed turnkey works for equipment supply, installation, engineering and commissioning.
Implementation of the first stage of ASKUTE has been carried out, in subsequent stages it is planned:
- expansion of the system due to addition of metering units provided for by the developed design documentation
- Taking measures to add this system to the register of measuring instruments of Rosstandart (certification).
2020: Thermal Energy Metering Automation Plans
The design of the heat energy accounting system of the Arbekovo boiler house in Penza has been developed. This was announced on December 10, 2020 by the company "Circle."
Improving the accuracy and transparency of energy accounting lies in the zone of close attention of the management of the Mordovskiy branch of PJSC T Plus, as this directly affects the economic performance of the heat supply facility.
The Arbekovo boiler house is part of the Mordovian branch of PJSC T Plus, and is the largest in Penza. As of December 2020, it is equipped with five PTVM-50 boilers, two KVGM-100 boilers, two DE 14-25-250GM steam boilers, a chemical water treatment system and fuel oil.
The total installed heat capacity is 432 Gcal/hour. The number of personnel is 67 people.
Based on the results of the Customer's bidding for the development of design and estimate documentation (PSD) and the supply of lower-level equipment of the automated heat metering system of the Arbekovo boiler house, the scientific and production company KRUK was declared the winner.
According to the developed PSD, the system performs the functions of commercial accounting of heat supply to consumers and accounting of natural gas consumption of the boiler house. Data transmission is provided to the centralized dispatching system of PJSC "T Plus" via IEC protocol 60870-5-104.
The ASKUTE of the Arbekovo boiler house on the basis the Russian SCADA-systems KRUK-2000 of will automatically generate reports for different periods of time at a given time or at the request of users without additional calculations and manual report information. The industrial controller Devlink-С1000 reads archives and instantaneous values from the meters for further processing and transfer to the upper level. KRUG delivered the ASKUTE equipment. In the production areas of the boiler house, work is underway on installation, engineering, preparation for the start-up of the system. The commissioning of ASKUTE is planned until the end of 2020.
In the future, during the modernization of the boiler room equipment, it is possible to develop additional system functionality for the most complete calculation of the technical and economic indicators of the boiler room in real time.
