Troika Dialog provides own monitoring of events of information security

The companies Troika Dialog and "Jet Infosystems" completed an implementation project in the company Troika Dialog of a monitoring system and event management of the information security (IS) on the basis of a product HP ArcSight.

Solution

For automation of an event management process of cybersecurity the management of security of Troika Dialog made the decision on implementation of the specialized system performing monitoring of events, their automated processing and identification of incidents of information security.

The contractor of the project selects Jet Infosystems company.

Staff of management of security of Troika Dialog jointly with specialists Jet Infosystems stopped the choice on the product HP ArcSight.

Result

The project started in February, 2011 and was implemented within two months.

A system allows the staff of department of information security of Troika Dialog to trace more effectively cybersecurity events in real time, to obtain data for assessment and the subsequent risk analysis and to make reasoned decisions on information security support.

Now the staff of department of information security has online access to data of audit of the critical systems, an opportunity to trace and permit incidents in real time and also to store history of events.

Result

A system is transferred to technical support of Jet Infosystems company. Further development of the project – expansion of a range of solvable tasks and connection of the additional HP ArcSight functions is planned.
