2022: Implementation of electronic archive "Etla" version 6.6
The company Archis"" (d.) Rostov-on-Don Uses in its activities, the software electronic archive "Etla" functionality of which has been expanded with additional specialized modules. The company Atlas Soft announced this on December 2, 2022.
The company provides services for the long-term storage of original documents, for the preparation of documents and their destruction, as well as services in the field of information protection - here the advantages of the electronic archive are more distinct than in any other area. Employees of the company "Archis," which has been working on the market for more than 8 years and specializes in ensuring the work of organizations, know this firsthand.
When the issue of purchasing a software complex for working with electronic documents arose on the agenda of Archis LLC, the choice fell on the electronic archive of Etla of version 6.6. Among the main arguments in his favor, Archis specialists noted:
- electronic archive "Etla" - a completely domestic product, which guarantees timely and trouble-free technical support and regular program updates;
- the functionality of the basic version of the program can be expanded using plug-ins: the buyer pays only for the special functions that he really needs - this reduces the cost of the license and optimizes the cost of purchasing software.
After consulting with the software developer, Archis specialists studied the capabilities of plug-ins and, in addition to the basic version of the electronic archive, Etla purchased the Barcode Working module and the Archival business subsystem.
Thanks to the Barcode Working module, the electronic archive, in addition to the usual functions, allows:
- forming a warehouse of paper documents from the system interface - add rooms, racks and rows;
- allows the system administrator to independently configure barcode generation rules;
- Use a random barcode generator if necessary.
The Archival business subsystem is used to fully automate the process of systematization and storage of the archive of paper documents. It simplifies the creation and accounting of document storage agreements, the compilation of delivery lists and the reception of documents on them, the formation of cases and accounting of boxes and containers for storage, warehouse management, reservation of storage places and other operations related to the archival storage of paper originals.
The system uses barcodes to quickly identify storage units and navigate the warehouse.
In addition, the subsystem helps to optimize the operation of the warehouse, for which it generates statistical reports on the current state of the archive and the intensity of its use.
