In early June 2021, it became known about the beginning of use robots Promobot in shopping centers in. USA First, Russian development appeared in the shopping mall Westfield Garden State Plaza in New Jersey.

According to the press service of Promobot, the robot installed on the ground floor of the shopping center has become part of the Arena STEM education and entertainment center. The device is used to attract the attention of visitors to the Arena STEM center, customer consultations, assistance in navigation and entertainment of guests.

Together, Promobot and Arena STEM trained the robot in the main areas of the center, established a linguistic base in English and set up an American accent on the robot.

Arena STEM is a network of education and entertainment centers located in different countries. There, children have access to a special infrastructure where they can develop their talents, gain practical skills, learn about the world, and spend time in various interactive games.

Earlier, Promobot signed a contract for the supply of 2,800 of its robots with the American company Intellitronix, which became the exclusive distributor of robots. It was reported that the exclusive distribution right will cost Intellitronix $600 000, and for the entire batch of robots, the company can pay up to $56.7 million over the five years for which the contract is designed.
