Gendalf completed implementation of electronic archive of documents in Argos 2003

On June 13, 2019 the GENDALF company announced completion of implementation of electronic archive of documents in Argos 2003.

The paper register continues to exist as so far only documents for the last periods are loaded into base. Process is not finished: for 2017-18 more than 13 thousand documents are processed, and these are only 32% of their total number. Thanking "Scan Archive" work not only with regulatory authorities, but also with partners which the company has through the whole country became simpler. If earlier at various checks search and scanning of documents from the paper register occupied several working days, then after implementation on it there are enough several hours. "Scan Archive" allowed to implement in a complex the standard of control of accounting and existence of primary documentation. Therefore to prepare for checks and it became more convenient to provide documents on any request.

We started processing of our paper archive at the beginning of 2018, now process accelerated. In accounting begin to use "Scan Archive", there are already notable results. We adjust a program runtime, we devote much time to a question of licensing. And in the near future we plan transition to version 3.0, told Alexander Hanipov, the head of IT service "Argos 2003"
