2026: Opening of the Educational and Research Laboratory of Domestic IT Solutions

BaseALT and Ideco on February 13, 2026 announced the joint opening of a training and research laboratory of domestic IT solutions at the Armavir Law College of Law. The joint work was the result of combining the efforts of vendor companies and an integrator partner, developer of their own solutions - ARinteg, aimed at system training of IT personnel. Students will learn how to build and administer corporate networks, as well as protect information based on the implementation of information security standards .

Under the guidance of certified teachers, future IT professionals will gain knowledge of the following specialties:

  • "Network and system administration";
  • "Information security of automated systems."

The training program includes practical tasks based on real cases. Classes will be held on Alt operating systems.

On the basis of the technical school there are academic training centers from BASEALT and Ideco. Students get access to authorized vendor programs, methodological materials and licensed software.

The course "Career Development Designer" is also included in the educational program. Thanks to it, students will be able to interview employers, plan a career path and determine their professional goals already during their studies.

Together with Russian IT vendors, we opened a laboratory. In it, students will be able to get not only theoretical, but also practical skills in the field of IT and information security. In our work, we focus on vendors who will provide new knowledge, technologies and professional standards. This will help future specialists determine the career path and be prepared for the requirements of the modern IT market, - commented Inna Makukha, head of the department of additional education and vocational training at the Armavir Law College.

It is important for us that students work on real equipment already during their studies. Our joint laboratory is a bridge between theory and practice, which will allow the production of specialists who are ready for the challenges of the information security market from the first day, - said Yulia Trushina, curator for work with Ideco training centers.

The knowledge gained opens up new opportunities for students, in particular, they will be able to get internships in companies that implement this project.

Besides training at base of educational and research laboratory will be carried out:

  • preparation for the Professionals and Abilympics championships, as well as for professional Olympiads and competitions of the Russian Society "Knowledge," "IT-Planet" and others;
  • career guidance activities and general development programs for schoolchildren and children;
  • workshops and technical sessions with the participation of industry experts;
  • professional forums and conferences.

In 2026, Ideco plans to open several new laboratories in the Central Region (g.) Moscow and on. Urals This will allow you to scale the project and expand the opportunities for training and professional development of specialists.

In each new laboratory, it is planned to train about 130 specialists annually, which will improve their qualifications and develop practical skills with the Ideco NGFW Novum solution.

The goal of creating a joint laboratory is the practical implementation of an educational course in which the Alt operating system of BASEALT and the Ideco NGFW Novum firewall are integrated. BaseALT and Ideco act as technological and academic partners, and the new laboratory serves as a clear confirmation of this cooperation and the common long-term goal of training a new generation of information security specialists.
