To this end, it was decided to resort to the services of an external provider of monitoring and response services to cyber threats. This allowed the production company to avoid difficulties associated with finding highly qualified specialists in, information security independently creating scenarios for identifying hacker attacks and processes for round-the-clock analysis of events in. Cooperation with RED Security has given us the opportunity to implement a cyber threat alert system within an acceptable time frame and with the involvement of a small number of our specialists. The project to connect RED Security SOC services was implemented in two months. During this time, an inventory of the customer's infrastructure was carried out, various sources of information security events were connected, protocols of interaction between RED Security SOC analysts and Arnest Packaging Solutions specialists were agreed.

Over the past two to three years, the industry has remained in the focus of hackers. In 2024, about a third of the total number of attacks on Russia was directed at this industry. At the same time, the peculiarity of this industry is that companies are very cautious about introducing new solutions - often they think about advanced protection measures only after an incident. Therefore, we were glad to see that Arnest Packaging Solutions shows a high level of maturity in terms of cybersecurity and proactively reduces the risks associated with cyber threats, - said Mikhail Klimov, head of services at the RED Security SOC Cyber ​ ​ Attack Monitoring and Response Center at RED Security.

As of March 2025, within the framework of the RED Security project, SOC provides the customer with monitoring services against cyber threats in 24/7 mode. Monitoring center experts analyze information security events in the IT infrastructure of a production company, identify chains of cyber attacks and issue recommendations that help block their development in the early stages - before attackers achieve their goal and damage the organization.

In the future, companies plan to expand cooperation and increase the volume of IT infrastructure monitored by RED Security SOC experts.
