In Arsoid the CRM system remotely is implemented

In Arsoid company the project of automation on the basis of a standard configuration "Klient-Communicator is implemented: Management of small business". Implementation is executed by the staff of Aksistem company.

The Arsoid company works since 1998 and is engaged in the device of aluminum constructions and the ventilated facades, construction of pre-fabricated buildings and constructions from metal constructions.

The project is implemented remotely. All works, since formation of a functional task before start in operation and user trainings, were made without departure to the client.

In a standard configuration of the implemented system the following completions were made: planning of receipts and shipments on warehouses, a material transfer and the equipment between warehouses, control of a remaining balance for any date and purchase planning, accounting and write-off of materials from warehouses by projects, task management within projects.

Other needs of the client are implemented by settings and configuring of the standard solution. Distance learning of staff of customer company to independent administration and configuring of a system is also provided. Now a system is brought into operation.
