First, in the program it was necessary to perform setup of retail sales. Synchronize the program with cash desks, configure work of users through access to a terminal server.

Secondly, it was required to implement "1C: Trade Management and customer relations (CRM)", to configure cost accounting and to see profitability. Since acceptance of right management decisions for development of the company requires exact determination of a financial result.

Thirdly, for control of the plan for accomplishment of customer orders and establishing process of awarding of sales managers it was necessary to browse as they work the events.

Behind the solution the management Artel addressed to GENDALF company. Made terms of reference and started the planned works on "1C: Enterprise Accounting". This differentiation of user rights, establishing order and reduction in compliance of nomenclature positions between two programs. According to "1C: Trade Management and customer relations (CRM)" - setup and completion of the program, establishing order and technical support. The report "The debt of clients on terms" is finished and its correct work is configured. Data of the report on arrears for September 24, 2017 after updating to data of the same report before updating are brought into a full compliance. Report accuracy "The debt of clients on terms" in working base is checked for current date.

The Trade management base is configured and finished. The analytics of actions of managers by events and sales is also finished - reports "Unfinished events of managers", "Calculation of motivation of employees" are created.

Correct processes of activity of warehouses are configured. The mechanism of the minimum regulation of storage of goods in a warehouse is finished and the report "Dozakup of goods on warehouses on the cities" is developed.

Settlement processes of cost value, settlement with partners are adjusted. Are configured and regularly the cash registers connected to 1C that excluded idle times function.
