2020: Building an accounting system based on 1C: Integrated Automation

In March 2020, the project of introducing the 1C: Integrated Automation accounting system in ARTIDA-SDL was completed. WiseAdvice-IT has become an automation partner.

To switch to a single accounting system, a domestic vendor system was chosen, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. The use of application solution tools makes it possible to ensure the coordinated work of both departments within the organization and with the external environment (customers, suppliers, competitors).

Automated features:

• Finance, Management Accounting, Performance Monitoring:
  • Accounting, tax, budget accounting, including regulated reporting;
  • Management accounting and cost calculation using ABC method;
  • Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators of the enterprise;
  • Cash Management (Treasury);
  • Consolidation. data

• Sales, Logistics and Transportation Management (SFM, WMS, TMS):
  • Sales (sales), service, marketing;
  • Warehouse and logistics.

• Human Resources and Human Resources (HRM):
  • Payroll;
  • Personnel accounting;
  • Regulated reporting;
  • Employee employment planning: vacations and/or other activities.

• Procurement and supplier relationship management.

• Advice on the choice of software and options for its maintenance;
• Sales of selected software products;
• Delivery to the customer's office;
• Installation on customer computers;
• Setup and implementation of standard software;
• Settings of the solution for starting accounting;
• Entry of initial residues;
• Training of users to work with the updated system.
