The Terrasoft group completed a XRM system implementation project in Arzinger law company.
Premises to the project
The most functional and at the same time convenient tool in use for management of legal affairs, work planning of lawyers, accounting of labor costs of employees and expenses was required for the company.
The customer selected the Terrasoft XRM system.

Implementation Results
Use of Terrasoft XRM allows to implement complex approach to project management in customer company: planning and analysis of project implementation, management of the working group and labor input of services, financial accounting.
A system helped to automate work of HR department. The application contains information on the staff of the company, their education, existence of special certificates and additional skills.

Now all necessary data on clients, history of meetings, telephone negotiations, electronic and mail correspondence are aggregated.
