A system for work with medical registers for Aston Consulting company

The NORBIT company entering into LANIT Group completed the project on creation and system implementation of collecting and the analysis of medical indicators based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The implemented solution allows to collect, to store and analyze information on patients with a certain nosology.

In the conditions of deficit of solid medical data the NORBIT company by request of Aston Consulting company developed the universal solution for creation of registers of patients with any diagnosis and the clinical record with the flexible system of scaling from the level of the doctor and medical institution to regional and federal level.

Creation of the universal, flexibly customized system of collecting and the analysis of medical information about patients with a certain clinical record in treatment and prevention facilities of regions of Russia, consolidation of this information in a uniform data processing center, creation of statistical and analytical reporting on the basis of collected data was a project objective.

As a software platform for the solution the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system allocated with a user-friendly interface and containing a broad spectrum of technical capabilities including on integration with other systems was selected. The project was implemented in six months.

The developed system allows to perform input, collecting, storage and data analysis about patients with a certain nosology. The possibility of maintaining electronic stories of diseases is provided in the solution. To collected information only authorized employees have access.

In addition to fixed functions in a system non-standard completions are performed. So, the possibility of the full analysis is implemented. Specialists of NORBIT make designing of tables of any form with set necessary the statistician, formation of non-standard reports. In addition to references on patients and groups of patients in the register statements on hospitalization and outpatient appointments, epikriza on any interval are fixed.
