Due to the large volume of the entering documentation the company management of Astrazeneka Industries made the decision on creation of an electronic document management system. The accounting system allowing to perform document handling, to create statistic reports, to automate work with the website of a courier delivery of documentation was necessary.

Selecting a system, considered the following factors:

  • convenience of storage and information search of different type;
  • possibility of independent support of a system;
  • friendly interface;
  • profitable cost.

During the project specialists 1C-Rarus perform the following works:

  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system is performed;
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule;
  • Interfaces and sets of user rights are created;
  • Setup of a standard configuration is made:

  • Difficult setup of a document type "Set of incoming documents". On the basis of this document cards of the internal document are automatically created (search on doubles is included).
  • The functionality a stroke coding of documents for document retrieval investment is used. For an exception of loss of documents on the basis scanning a stroke of codes of documents a system automatically creates log entries of transfer, thus up-to-date information about location of the document is known always.
  • Difficult setup of templates of business process for each document type using escalation, processings, conditional routing is implemented. New autosubstitutions are created. The notification settings about receipt of new tasks are performed.
  • Integration with the website of DHL is configured. Data on the website of DHL from an electronic card of the document are autocompleted
  • Reports according to requirements of the Customer are developed.

  • Connection of the specialized equipment is executed;
  • Integration with other used systems is made;
  • Initial tunings of the program to start accounting are performed;
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems is performed;
  • Personnel training is provided;
  • Installation and tuning is performed servers DBMS; installation and setup system and network software, installation and setup of servers, workstations and peripheral equipment.

Implementation of the software product allowed to solve such problems as:

  • Office-work;
  • Accounting and document storage;
  • Maintaining nomenclature of affairs;
  • Accounting and control of execution of instructions;
  • Time recording;
  • Accounting of agreements;
  • Assessment of results of training.
