Atlas Snab (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

The 1C-Rarus company automated the supplier of electric equipment and electrotechnical products Atlas Snab. Software product "1C:Enterprise 8. The set of application solutions on 5 users" allowed to organize conducting operational, accounting and tax, personnel records and payroll.

The information system helps to manage orders of buyers, warehouse stocks and supplies of equipment, including direct deliveries from Europe.

The Atlas Snab company was founded in 2006. The main activity of the company – delivery of the wide range of electric equipment and electrotechnical products. For support of an effective company performance the decision on creation of an information system was made.

Implementation of the software product allowed to organize business processes in the field of maintaining operational, personnel, tax and accounting.

The information system ensures accurate functioning on the following sections:

• Customer relationship management. In the program orders of buyers are made out, fixing of settlement with clients is conducted. An opportunity to do wholesale by electric equipment and electrotechnical products is provided;
• Management of price policy. "1C:Enterprise 8. The set of application solutions on 5 users" allows to make calculation of normative cost value of orders, to conduct pricing, to create price lists;
• Vendor relationship management. Orders are made out, the status of settlement with producers of the electrotechnical equipment which LS Industrial Systems companies (Korea), OEZ (Czech Republic), ETI Electroelement (Slovenia), ATAS Elektromotory (Czech Republic) are among is traced;
• Management of warehouse stocks;
• Personnel management. The program allows to keep registration of personnel, to calculate salary, to prepare the regulated reporting;
• Management of finance. In an information system account of cash and non-cash payments, trade operations, fixed assets and intangible assets of the company is kept. The program allows to keep tax accounting, to prepare the regulated reporting.
