2023: QCD 2.0 Translation of IAS "Corporate Data Storage" into non-import-dependent software
In February 2023, the Atomic Energy Industry Complex (Atomenergoprom), which is part of Rosatom, launched a project to create an import-independent information and analytical system "Corporate Data Storage" (IAS KDS 2.0). The organization allocated 1.11 billion rubles for the first stage of the project.
The tender documents say that in order to achieve the goals of the project, its contractor will have to solve a number of problems. Among them are the design and deployment of the technical target architecture of IAS QCD 2.0 based on import-independent software, the design and implementation of reporting forms in a new system, automation of the formation of analytical reporting according to the data of the unified industry electronic document management system (EOSDO), the unified industry quality management system "Rosatom" ("EOS-quality") and the InformSystems for recruiting personnel "Digital selection."
Also, the contractor will have to develop processes for collecting planned data and the formation of regulatory reporting to the Federal Tax Service regarding tax notifications on VAT and income tax.
Other tasks include connecting IAS QCD 2.0 to related systems - data sources for reporting, migrating historical data to a new system, fulfilling information security requirements regarding the connection to the corporate center of the state system for detecting, preventing and eliminating the consequences of computer attacks on information resources of Russia (State system of detection, prevention and elimination of consequences of computer attacks) and conducting certification.[1]
